Filmed on the new GoPro Hero 13 black (3 of them) in the new HDR HLG Mode. I found that if I leave the videos as is, export chosing Main10 REc.2100HLG, YouTube does not process them as HDR. If I add an adjustment layer and do auto color like I did here, it tags them HDR a few hours after uploading. The auto color clearly isnt perfect – it seems saturation is overboosted, but it has a pop on my HDR1000 display and on my Galaxy S24 Ultra phone.
I uploaded the same video 2x – one with color untouched, one with an adjustment layer set to auto color. The untouched one did not ever process as HDR on youtube.
